It also explains that your organisation only receives aggregated results, whereby we apply a strict lower limit of a minimum of six fully completed questionnaires per report. Explanation of data processing (Quality & Privacy)
In this document you can read how we clean the collected data to provide your organisation with a reliable and accurate picture. We explain how we filter unusable responses (such as ‘speeders’ or duplicate submissions) from the dataset using five fixed quality checks before we start the analysis. In addition, we explain how we automatically scan and filter open-ended answers for traceable information, such as personal names and contact details. This is how we guarantee that the final report contains high-quality data and that the privacy of employees is safeguarded.
