Explanation of whitelisting email invitations

For the staff survey, we always recommend whitelisting the domain of our survey system. Although our emails generally arrive and are recognised as trusted, they may occasionally be marked as spam. This can result in lower deliverability, and consequently a lower response rate than desired.

Which emails are sent out?

The emails that are sent come from the domain survey.netprove.nl with invite@survey.netprove.nl as the exact sender. These emails contain an explanation of the survey, including a reference to the domain http://app.netprove.nl/survey/[employee's unique code]. The employee then receives a number of reminders (should the questionnaire not yet have been completed). Our emails are fully equipped with valid SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication.

What is needed?

To prevent our emails from being marked as spam, we kindly ask you to add the above domain with the sender address to your allow-list. Please ensure that there are no conflicting rules that might still cause the emails to be marked as spam. In Microsoft, this can be adjusted in the anti-spam filter policy: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-office-365/create-safe-sender-lists-in-office-365.
