From September 2027, we will be relocating to our new office in the Hoorn region. We strive to deliver sound and relevant employee research. Our mission is to enable organisations to make decisions based on facts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Insight into these facts is provided through our technology combined with an eye for personalisation. We do this by conducting high-quality employee research without compromise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a Junior Project Employee, you will work on challenging projects for clients such as Center Parcs, the Postcode Lottery, and the Voedingscentrum. You are the linchpin, ensuring that our research projects run smoothly. You will manage the process: from solid planning to liaising with the client about progress. No two days are the same: you are the first point of contact for clients, solve practical challenges, assist in delivering clear dashboards, and proactively contribute ideas for new ways to improve the client experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have graduated from a university (WO) or university of applied sciences (HBO) in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Linguistics, or another relevant field of study;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You live in North Holland and hold a driving licence;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with customers.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are enthusiastic about helping organisations grow using smart insights derived from data;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are strong in solution-oriented thinking and have a decisive work ethic;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You enjoy working on projects and can maintain a good overview.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have some experience working with data (think Excel or client reports), or you are enthusiastic about deepening your knowledge in this area;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You speak and write fluent Dutch (required) (proficiency in the Dutch language is required).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do you get from us?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Flexibility:<\/em> An employment contract of 24 to 40 hours per week;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Attractive conditions of employment:<\/em> Competitive salary, laptop, lunch, phone, home office allowance and 25 days' holiday.
