We strive to deliver thorough and relevant employee research. Our mission is to enable organisations to make fact-based decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insight into these facts is provided through our technology combined with an eye for personalisation. We do this by conducting high-quality employee research without compromise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As a Junior Research Consultant, you will work on challenging projects for clients such as Center Parcs, the Postcode Lottery and the Nutrition Centre. You will supervise the entire research process: from drawing up questionnaires to presenting results in easy-to-understand dashboards. No day is the same: you will discuss research results with clients, optimise our platforms and think about new ways to help employers grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have recently graduated from a WO or HBO degree programme in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or other relevant study;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You live in North Holland and hold a driving licence;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are statistically literate, data-driven or at least interested in doing research. You enjoy making statistical sense of employee research;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You enjoy having customer contact and doing different jobs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You enjoy working in a small, informal team with a hands-on mentality;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You would like to make results understandable to customers with accessible dashboards and analytics;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You speak and write fluent Dutch (required) (proficiency in the Dutch language is required).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What do you get from us?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Flexibility:<\/em> An employment contract of 24 to 40 hours per week;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Attractive conditions of employment:<\/em> Competitive salary, laptop, lunch, phone, home office allowance and 25 days' holiday.
