Creating a questionnaire<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Selection: <\/strong>Select questions from the library (160+ statements) and ensure a total completion time of approximately 15 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Type question:<\/strong> Combine Likert questions (sentiment), numerical questions (overall rating) and open questions (suggestions). Preferably choose at least two statements per topic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aids:<\/strong> Pay attention to the star symbols (which show average \u2018drivers\u2019 of other organisations) and look at the automatic pre-selection if you have already carried out a measurement before.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tailored solutions<\/strong> Tick the desired questions. You can use the comments field to adapt texts to your company's terminology (e.g. \u2019team\u2019 instead of \u2018department\u2019). You can add new questions yourself using the plus sign (+).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Check and submit<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on \u2018next step\u2019 for a full overview of your selection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can download the draft questionnaire as a PDF or Excel file to discuss it internally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit the list once you are satisfied; a NetProve consultant will then review the questions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
