We consider it at least as important that we do this anonymously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to <strong>integrity<\/strong> we value <strong>sobriety<\/strong> given that we understand the context in which we our <a href=\"https:\/\/netprove.nl\/en\/investigations\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/netprove.nl\/onderzoeken\/\">investigations<\/a>\u00a0execute. This way, we ensure that our research is both <strong>relevant<\/strong> as <strong>reliable<\/strong> are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To make this tangible, we also actively measure our customers' perceptions. With this <strong>optimise<\/strong> we constantly improve our services, and our growth also contributes to the growth of employers and service providers for whom we conduct research.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">History<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NetProve (<a href=\"https:\/\/netprove.nl\/en\/blog\/name-change-from-presearch-to-netprove\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"4815\">formerly Presearch<\/a>) exists <strong>since 2012<\/strong> and was founded by <a href=\"https:\/\/nl.linkedin.com\/in\/barrypietersen\/nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Barry Pietersen<\/a>. We have since <strong>&gt;10 years of experience<\/strong> at more than <strong>500 employers<\/strong> in carrying out employee surveys (MTO), customer satisfaction surveys (KTO) and exit surveys. This allows us to know what is needed to achieve a <strong>successful investigation<\/strong> deliver. Our mission is to grow employers at a reasonable rate thanks to smart insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These insights are made accessible thanks to our <strong>technology<\/strong> in combination with a <strong>flexible<\/strong> and <strong>customer<\/strong> research model. With this, we help improve the attractiveness of employers. At an average of 2\/3rds of employers, we then actually realise <strong>growth<\/strong> in ambassadors (eNPS).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Target<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NetProve (<a href=\"https:\/\/netprove.nl\/en\/blog\/name-change-from-presearch-to-netprove\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"4815\">formerly Presearch<\/a>) focuses on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/netprove.nl\/en\/references\/\">employers<\/a>&nbsp;who will take the next step in the <strong>development<\/strong> as an employer. We help in this by forming a bridge between (policy) managers, works councils and employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regardless of sector, industry, number of employees or age: Believe our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/netprove.nl\/en\/references\/\">customers<\/a>&nbsp;in the <strong>openly engage<\/strong> of employees. They see employees as essential for the healthy survival of the organisation. This is only possible thanks to <strong>attractive employment<\/strong>. Therefore, we aim to grow the number of ambassadors among all customers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Methodology<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our employee research is based on both (in-house) statistical insights and recent scientific literature. In our approach, we always involve the relevant stakeholders at the right time to ensure that the research can be a success.
